BISS headed by Mr. C. N. PATIL is a graduate and had the
taste of Army Training as he attended Army attachment Course
in Hyderabad in 1978. He attended the Basic Leadership
Course held at village Ketti near OOTY, Tamilnadu in 1979. He
had the distinction of participating in Republic Day Parade in
New Delhi in 1981 and was selected for the Best Cadet award.
In 1989 he started his own Security Agency in the name and
the style of “Bureau of Industrial Security Services”. At
present he is also holding following portfolios:
1. President, CAPSI (Central Association of Private Security
Agency), Karnataka Chapter.
2. Ex-President, Karnataka Security Services Association.
3. Vice President of Shivanand High School, Sudambi, Haveri
Dist.
4. Member of FKCCI.
5. Member, Bangalore Management Association (BMA)
6. Rotarian, District 3190.
In addition BISS has a team of personnel having vast
experience of managing Security Services. We have
independent team of personnel to carry out site inspection at
odd hours as well as to conduct on the spot training in a group.
We also suggest drafting a JOB CARD for each Security
personnel for the respective post so that personnel are always
clear about their Job profile and area of responsibility. In order
